Using saved replies during the support process

For certain common issues and questions, we can utilize Help Scout’s “Saved Replies” tour. Here’s how it’s done.

1. When replying to a support request, click the Saved Replies button – it looks like a little speech bubble. 

2. Type a search term for what you’re looking for, and click the saved reply you’d like to insert. 

3. Adjust the reply as needed. Click send!
