Unlocking a Tahoe user account with Login Failure Tool (UnlockerX)

Login to the Tahoe LMS as an Admin
Go to https://tahoe.appsembler.com/admin/student/loginfailure
Search for the learner by username or email address.

Click the username in the search results.

Click the Unlock Account button
