Q: Why can’t I see courses in Taxoman?

A: If the site is using Course Access Groups (CAG) then the most likely reason is that the user doesn’t have  access to the courses. The user will need an engineer from Black Team to add the courses to the user’s access

If the site does not use CAGs, then there is another issue. Does the user have staff permissions

Q: Is there Taxoman documentation?

A: Yes. The docs are old, but there’s not been any real development on the Taxoman UI for a while. See here:

Q: Course Access Groups: I can’t access courses because I don’t have access to them. Can I still edit facets?

A: Yes, in the taxoman UI, you can still add/remove/edit facets and facet values.
