If a new user tells us that they never received their confirmation email, please do the following:
- Log in at amc-app.appsembler.com/admin
- Search for the user’s email
If you find the user and the record indicates that they have not yet created a password, please test Tahoe as follows:
- Test Tahoe by creating a new account to determine if the system is actually working. Use the Gmail + sign hack, for example – harry+yetanotherdemo@appsembler.com – which will be delivered to your email inbox
- Check email to see if you have received a confirmation email.
If yes:
- Alter the username and email of the user in Admin. You can simply add FAIL to the end of their user name and email (before the @ sign)
- Be sure to scroll to the bottom and click “Save”
If no:
- Please immediately report the issue immediately to the Red Team by following existing Bug Reporting procedures
