This is for if a Tahoe user logs into Studio and sees the message that says they are not an admin and can’t edit any courses.

Another case if when a customer asks you to grant a given user permission to create content libraries on their site.

1. Go to
https://studio.tahoe.appsembler.com/admin/course_creators/coursecreator/

2. Search for the user. If you cannot find the user, follow these steps:

• Locate user via https://studio.tahoe.appsembler.com/admin/auth/user/
• Click Log in as [user]
• Request Course Creator permissions via Studio’s dashboard — there’s a button at the bottom of all of the courses (if any) for which that user is staff.
• Log out
• Log in (as yourself) to https://studio.tahoe.appsembler.com/admin/course_creators/coursecreator/
• Search for the user again

3. Click on the user

4. Change
State to Granted

5. Click
Save
