1. Sign in to your Appsembler account and head to the site URL /support, for example https://appsembleracademy.tahoe.appsembler.com/support/ or https://courses.nexted.ca/support/ (This page is only available to us as superusers)
2. Hit Certificates
3. Enter the user’s username or email address and the ID of the course you want to generate a cert for, for example course-v1:next-canada+Next-Canada+2019_1
4. Hit Regenerate to generate their certificate. If successful a red download link will appear.

Once generated, the user will be able to see a link to their certificate on their dashboard, or you can send them the link under “download” directly.
