Note: Bulk email is currently unavailable on Tahoe.
The Bulk Email feature of Open edX is, by default, not enabled on a new site. However, enabling it is a simple process.
Here’s how it’s done:
1. Navigate to the client’s /admin page.
2. Click “Add” next to the Bulk Email Flags item
Alternatively, you can simply navigate to /admin/bulk_email/bulkemailflag/ and click “Add” in the upper right corner
3. Leave Enabled checked, but uncheck Require course email auth
4. Click save!
